Q1. How do I get started with MYCOMPASSTODAY?

Simply click register and make the payment . Once this is done you will receive an mail with login details. Login and begin to explore.

Q2. What age children should be using MYCOMPASSTODAY?

MYCOMPASSTODAY exploration platform is for children from grade 3 to 8 (age 8 to 13 years), but can be explored by older children as well. We will be offering program for grade 8 and above (age 12 and above) in few months time as well.

Q3. How many devices can be logged in at the same time?

One registration allows for only one device. We have purposefully done this for safeguarding of the child and the platform.

Q4. How many child profiles come with a subscription?

One subscription allows for only one child profile which is connected to the individual dash board and performance tracker. Multiple users with single subscription may result into unrealistic individual dashboard where tracking of the performance is misguided. This may result into cancellation without refund.

Q5. Does MYCOMPASSTODAY need the internet?

Yes. Internet connection is required for the platform to be explored.

Q6. Do I have to download any software for this program?

No, you do not have to download anything to login to MYCOMPASSTODAY.

We do not share students data with any third parties. We use your data to : - operate and maintain our website, - improve, personalize and expand our website, - understand and analyze how you use our website, - develop new products, services, features and functionalities, - communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, - provide you with updates and other information relating to the website, - for marketing and promotional purposes, - send you emails and - locate and prevent fraud. Each subscription can be logged in with a unique individualized login and password. Your data is secured with us and we request you not to share the login details with anyone else. We do not share data with any external vendors.

Q1. Do you offer a free trial?

We do not offer free trial, but we have a fun video on the home page which will help you to know more about MYCOMPASSTODAY. You can also take a small assessement to discover interesting things about yourself, which connects you to the related jobs.

Q2. Is MYCOMPASSTODAY available for free?

No, MYCOMPASSTODAY is not available for free, but we have a very affordable annual payment plan to benefit parents, children and schools specially during these economically challenging times.

Q3. What are the subscription plans, and how much do they cost?

Subscription plan is valid for one year and needs to be renewed every year. Cost is as per the country of residence, validated by the mobile number and other registration details.

Q4. Is it possible to select an annual upgrade later?

Ofcourse you can. Every grade or age group has more than 60 + jobs or careers and games to explore. If you succeed in exploring them before end of one year, kindly write to us and we will surely register you for the next age group.

Q5. Can the subscription be cancelled?

While we do not encourage cancellation of our annual subscription, we will be happy to assist you for your concerns. Kindly write to us at [email protected] from your registered email id. You will receive a reply from us within 48 hours.

Q1. How has MYCOMPASSTODAY developed the content?

Q2. Will I get to explore same jobs or careers every year?

No, not all. 60 + jobs or careers will be added every year as your age advances. This is what makes MYCOMPASSTODAY different from others, as the content is designed as per the age of the child and progresses as per his or her learning ability.

Q3. How many jobs or careers are there on MYCOMPASSTODAY?

There are more than 500 + jobs or careers on this platform.

Q4. What are the benefits of taking an assessment?

Main benefit is that the child can explore and know about the jobs or careers that matches with his/her likes, dislikes, abilities and interest.

Q5. How long will an assessment take under Know Youself Zone?

For a child it may take between 3 to 5 minutes to take an assessment.

Q6. How many assessments are there on MYCOMPASSTODAY platform under Know Yourself Zone?

There are more than 20 sets of different assessments to guage the likes, dislikes and ability of the child, on this platform. Every time the child decides to take an assessment, new set of questions will appear, which will reveal the matching groups of jobs or careers.

Q7. How does my child decide between the recommended jobs or careers?

MYCOMPASSTODAY is an exploration platform and not a decision-making tool. For decision making, we suggest that you write to us at [email protected] from your registered email and we will connect you to our senior career counsellor, who will guide you further.

Q8. How Do I Reset My Account?

At the login screen, click on Forgot Your Password. After clicking the link, system will ask your registered email id. Enter your registered email id. If email id entered is correct and exists in our database, we will send a password reset link to the email id. Click on the reset link and system will ask you to provide your new password.

Q9. How Do I Change My Password?

Go to your profile section on top right corner and click on My Profile. You can change your password from there.

Q10. How Do I Delete My Account?

To delete your account please write to us at [email protected] along with your registered email address or from your registered emial id and request to delete your account.
