Founded by Dr. Mauli Mahajan, an internationally recognized Career Coach with over 23 years of experience as a Psychologist, Counsellor, Researcher, Trainer, and Academician, MyCompassToday stands as a result of decades of expertise and passion. Dr. Mahajan has designed one of the most comprehensive career guidance programs for students from Kindergarten to Grade 12, which has been presented at prestigious global platforms including NCDA (USA), CANNEXUS (Canada), APCDA (Asia Pacific), and many more.

With a Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology and a Master’s in School Counselling (University of Scranton, USA), Dr. Mahajan is truly a “Counsellor at Heart.” Her training spans a wide spectrum—IB Educator, Achievement Motivation Trainer (AMT), Laughter Therapist, MBTI Certified Trainer, Design Thinking Expert, Growth Mindset & Mindfulness Practitioner, and UNIDO’s Cluster Development Program Trainer, among others.

MyCompassToday is the culmination of her research, global exposure, and lifelong dedication. Alongside her co-founder Samir, who brings over 23 years of international business experience and networks, they have built a strong foundation supported by a talented technical team, 30+ animators, 20 concept writers, 5 platform designers, and a growing sales and counsellor network ready to scale this platform worldwide.
