How does the Career Quest help?

How to approach Career Quest journey?
Complete these 6 milestones — Discover, Explore, Experience, Create, Test and Celebrate. Start with Discover and follow the order.
Is it the same for all students?
Quest follows the same format for all grades but the content is designed separately for each grade for both the quest assignments and the final assessment.
What should I do if I do not receive my toolkit email?
Check your spam or junk folder first; if you still cannot find it, contact careerquest@mycompasstoday.com.
What email address should I use for registration?
Use an active email address that you or your parent regularly access throughout the Quest.
Can I access the Career Quest portal from a mobile phone?
Yes. However, a laptop or computer may provide a better experience for certain activities and submissions.
What should I do if I cannot log in?
Check your username and password first; if the issue continues, contact careerquest@mycompasstoday.com with your registered details and a screenshot.
What should I do if a portal link is not working?

Will I receive reminders about important deadlines?
Important deadlines, instructions and updates will be communicated through the registered email and official Career Quest channels.
Can I participate if my school is not participating?
Yes. Students can participate independently through the available registration process.
Can siblings participate in Career Quest?
Yes. Each participating student must complete an individual registration according to their grade.
What should I do if my payment is successful but I do not receive confirmation?
Contact careerquest@mycompasstoday.com with your payment reference and registered email address.
Is the registration fee refundable?
Please refer to the official Career Quest terms and conditions for the applicable refund policy.
How do I receive my tasks?
Your task list will be provided after registration along with your Career Quest toolkit. You may find the tasks on the quest portal or registered email.
Where do I submit my projects?
Submit your projects through the ‘Upload’ facility specified in the instructions for each task.
Can I submit my project before the deadline?
Yes, if the submission window is open and the task instructions allow early submission.
Can I edit my project after submission?
No. Once a project has been submitted, it cannot be edited or replaced.
How to appear for the championship assessment?
The Championship Assessment will be conducted online in March 2027 through the quest portal.
What will the Championship Assessment cover?
It will assess learning and understanding developed throughout the Career Quest journey, based on the student’s grade-level requirements.
How should I prepare for the Championship Assessment?
Complete your Quest activities, projects, reflections and learning tasks carefully throughout the journey.
Are sessions and workshops part of Career Quest?
Yes. Sessions and workshops are included as part of the Career Quest journey.
What will the workshops cover?
Workshops will support career exploration, future-ready skills and different stages of the Quest journey.
Are sessions and workshops compulsory?
Participation requirements will be communicated according to the student’s grade-level programme and applicable activity.
Can parents participate in Career Quest sessions?
Where parent sessions are offered, the relevant participation details will be communicated separately.
What recognition is available to participants?
Participants may receive achievement certificates and other forms of recognition according to the applicable criteria.
Are scholarships part of the Championship rewards?
Yes. Scholarships are included among the listed Championship benefits and rewards.
When will the awards take place?
The Award Function is scheduled for April 2027.
How can students be supported during Career Quest?
Parents/teachers can encourage participation, discuss discoveries and provide guidance while allowing students to take ownership of their work.
Can students take guidance/support during the Quest?
Yes. Teachers & Parents can guide students with programme instructions, activities and participation requirements.
Can parents and teachers participate in Career Quest?
Yes. The Championship encourages parent & teacher engagement. Reward and recognition is also planned across the wider school community.
Parents and teachers must complete their documentation and submit by 30 March 2027.

Terms and Conditions for Career Quest Championship
1. Eligibility
- The Career Quest Championship 2026-27 is open to students currently enrolled in grades 1 to 12 on the MyCareerCompassToday website — www.mycompasstoday.com
- Only students who have registered and received confirmation will be eligible to participate in the Career Quest Championship 2026-27.
- The event may be divided into different categories (e.g., grade levels, special interests) as specified by the organizers.
2. Registration
- All participants must complete the online registration process, providing accurate and complete information.
- Registration must be submitted by the designated registration deadline. Late entries may not be accepted.
- Registration fees must be paid before the registration deadline to confirm participation.
3. Participation
- Participants must compete in the Career Quest Championship 2026-27 under their designated category and/or subject matter, as determined by MCT (MyCareerCompassToday) organizers.
- Participants must follow the instructions provided by the organizers and adhere to event schedules and timings.
- Participants must behave professionally and respectfully towards other participants, organizers, and event staff.
4. Event Format and Structure
- The Career Quest Championship 2026-27 includes submission of activities and an online contest.
- Specific rules for each activity or task will be communicated to participants in advance.
- The format of the Career Quest Championship 2026-27 may vary depending on the grade/level selected.
5. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to maintain a high level of integrity throughout the event. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or dishonesty will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Use of unauthorized materials (e.g., mobile phones, notes, internet browsing) is prohibited during event tasks or the contest.
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and violators will be removed from the event.
6. Judging Criteria
- The Career Quest Championship 2026-27 will be judged based on pre-established criteria. These may include, but are not limited to, creativity, knowledge, presentation, problem-solving ability, teamwork (if applicable), and adherence to instructions.
- Judges’ decisions are final and cannot be contested.
7. Prizes and Recognition
- Awards and prizes will be given to winners in each category or division. The details of the prizes are mentioned under the Awards and Rewards section.
- Certificate, trophy, badge, scholarship amount, and other opportunities related to participation and achievement will be provided to participants.
- Winners will be publicly recognized in the event ceremony and through media channels.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- By registering for the Career Quest Championship 2026-27, participants and their guardians consent to the use of their personal information solely for the purpose of the event.
- Personal data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of fulfilling the event’s obligations (e.g., sharing information, contacting participants, sending certificates).
9. Event Changes
- The organizers (MCT) reserve the right to change or postpone the contest date in case of unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed as early as possible.
- If changes are made to the event format or schedule, participants will be notified promptly.
10. Liability and Responsibility
- The event organizers (MCT) will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and secure environment. However, participants take part at their own risk.
- The organizers (MCT) are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of property during the event.
- Participants (and their guardians) are responsible for any necessary travel arrangements, accommodations, or additional expenses related to the event.
11. Intellectual Property
- Any work, idea, or creative material produced during the event by participants may be used by the organizers (MCT) for future promotional purposes or other related activities.
- Participants retain ownership of their work but grant the organizers (MCT) permission to use or showcase it for event-related purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, or publications.
12. Disqualification
- The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates the event’s terms and conditions, engages in dishonest behavior, or fails to comply with the event rules.
13. Parental/Guardian Consent
- For participants under the age of 18, parental or guardian consent is required for participation in the Career Quest Championship 2026-27. The consent form must be signed and submitted immediately after registration and payment.
14. Agreement to Terms
- By registering for and participating in the Career Quest Championship 2026-27, participants and their guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
15. Governing Law
- Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of UAE, and any disputes arising out of the event will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
