International CareerCompass Olympiad
CareerCompass Olympiad
It is a platform that brings careers to mainstream education. Its aims is to create self and career awareness for better career selection and subject selection in higher grades, resulting into increase in mental health and well-being.
It is conducted worldwide and is designed for grades 3 to 12 students (year 4 to 13). Starts with age appropriate career development activities for different grade levels and ends with submission of tasks with evaluation and an online contest once a year. Opportunities for students to win certificates, trophies, rewards (internships, workshops etc.), recognition and scholarships.
Newly launched in 2025, CareerCompass Olympiad is an innovative, one of a kind program of MyCompassToday.

How to Participate:
Student can apply either through their School or Individually by going to the website www.mycompasstoday.com and following the steps by clicking the Career Olympiad Mascot.
Eligibility and Fees
The eligibility for the career olympiad varies according to the grade/year of the student studying in or would like to apply for. For example:

Steps to Register:
- Fill in the Registration Form and proceed to Payment
- For participants under the age of 18, parental or guardian consent is required for participation in the Career Olympiad. Consent form must be signed and submitted to email- [email protected] along with payment details (Requirement- mention your full name, grade, school name and country name in the subject line of the email)
- Receive email from [email protected] with all the information and begin the career activities.

How to Prepare
As per the level and grade/year, explore MyCompassToday platform and complete career activities successfully as per the requirement, stated in the InfoDoc. Follow the instructions and deadlines for submissions, write reflection and gather all evidence. Contest will have multiple choice/subjective questions as per each career activity assigned for each grade.
